18th Century Sampler: Long Dog Mystery

Here is my progress on the Long Dog mystery that started in this month's issue of "Gift of Stitching" (Click on the picture for a closer look). I decided to use a variety of overdyed threads that are already in my stash, but I tried to match the colors of the DMC threads that are called for by the designer. Thanks for looking!

Paradigm Lost, 2007 Edition

Here is my progress on Paradigm Lost. It's on cream lugana, with DMC 3750.

Garden of Life

Wow, it's been a long time! I have been stitching, and traveling, and doing all the things I'm supposed to chronicle here, but I haven't been posting. Here is my first attempt to correct that trend: a finish. This is a Blackbird Designs Loose Feathers that I get on autoship. I altered the pattern quite a bit, removing the house and moving the bird to a more central location. I like it and am thinking of making it into a decorative pillow . . . hopefully it won't sit for too long in the closet waiting to be finished.
